The Challenge

To design and implement a B2B portal from scratch within the existing website. The portal needed to include a product catalog with wholesale pricing, a shopping cart, and a repeat order functionality. It also required management of delivery addresses and time slots, handling of invoices and delivery notes (PDF), and support for user roles and access permissions. Additionally, the solution had to feature notifications and seamless integration with the client’s backend systems, providing a smooth and efficient experience for business customers.
The SolutionThe Solution

We created the UX/UI design in Figma and developed a comprehensive B2B portal. The portal features a product catalog with wholesale pricing and role-based visibility, fast filters, and quick add-to-cart functionality. 

The shopping cart supports repeat orders from history, purchase templates, and minimum order quantities or multiples. Delivery management includes addresses, time slots, order statuses, and email notifications. Document management covers invoices and delivery notes (PDF), transaction history, and user activity auditing. 

Finally, backend integrations via API and webhooks ensure real-time synchronization of prices, stock levels, and order statuses, providing a smooth and efficient workflow for business users.
