The Challenge
We developed a complete digital ecosystem including the Box Office web dashboard, a React Native mobile app for clients, and an admin panel, all integrated with existing backend APIs.
The web dashboard allowed DMC registration, profile management, hotel and region linking, and service catalogs with descriptions, photos, availability, and pricing. Agents could manage bookings, assign tasks, chat with clients, receive notifications, track sales, and audit changes.
The mobile app let clients register/login, add hotel bookings via code and last name, view reservations, book additional services, chat with the DMC, receive push notifications, and access documents. The admin panel enabled DMC moderation, account management, and global statistics, all seamlessly connected to the backend APIs.
