HR specialists manage all data, while employees and managers access documents via secure links or messengers like Telegram, Slack, or Teams. An AI assistant helps users work with checklists and documents more efficiently.
The platform includes job templates with public links, candidate profiles, a Kanban hiring pipeline, interview planning with evaluation cards, communication templates, offer and document management, onboarding and offboarding workflows, role-based access control, activity logs, and analytics on time-to-hire, conversion rates, and candidate sources.
