The Challenge

To design and develop a unified platform consisting of three core parts: a public marketing/SEO website, a customer dashboard for data collection, processing, and visualization, and an admin panel for managing metrics, payments, and client accounts. To build a system capable of aggregating reviews and company data from multiple external sources, transforming this information into consolidated analytical reports, generating automated alerts, and continuously monitoring competitor activity to support data-driven decision-making.
The SolutionThe Solution

We designed a complete UX flow, a scalable design system, and interactive prototypes for the customer dashboard and admin panel. The frontend was built with React and Next.js, while the admin interface remained lightweight and focused on key metrics.

The Node.js backend integrates external review sources, aggregates and normalizes data, runs analytics, manages role-based access, and sends automated email and messenger notifications. The system generates consolidated reports, alerts, and Telegram/email updates, including workflows for handling negative feedback.

The platform was deployed using CI/CD with containerized services and a production infrastructure featuring monitoring and backups.


 

Technologies:

React

Provided a fast, modular, component-driven interface for the customer dashboard and admin panel. Enabled dynamic UI updates, reusable components, and smooth interactions for complex data views.

Next.js

Delivered server-side rendering and SEO-optimized pages for the public website, improving load speed and visibility. Powered secure routing, API routes, and optimized data fetching inside the customer portal.

Node.js

Handled backend logic, including integrations with external review sources, data aggregation, normalization pipelines, analytics, notifications, and role-based access management. Enabled scalable, event-driven processing for high-frequency data flows.

WebSocket

Enabled real-time updates in the dashboard, ensuring instant visibility of new reviews, alerts, metrics, and profile changes without page reloads.

PostgreSQL

Served as a reliable relational database for structured company data, reviews, metrics, user roles, and historical analytics. Provided strong querying and indexing for fast reporting.

Docker

Ensured consistent environments across development, staging, and production. Simplified deployment and scaling of backend, frontend, and worker services.

CI/CD (Jenkins / Bitbucket Pipelines)

Automated testing, building, and deployment, ensuring fast, stable releases and reducing manual errors during updates.

DigitalOcean

Hosted the production infrastructure, providing scalable compute resources, managed databases, and networking needed for stable 24/7 platform operation.

Cloudflare

Added an extra layer of security and performance with CDN caching, DDoS protection, SSL, and traffic optimization for both the public website and application endpoints.
